Jack and his team went above and beyond for me. From the very beginning I could tell Jack knew he was talking about. I was worried because rates have been volatile and there’s so much uncertainty. I called a few different lenders and didn’t get the feeling the loan officer actually cared, and with something as important as a purchase, you need to make sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. I was able to get a quarter percent better rate matching apples to apples through Jack and had the loan funded before the close of escrow!
